It's a Moog filter. It is full stereo.
Nothing special? OK, it has the normal controls for frequency, resonance and overdrive. But it also has an ADSR envelope triggered by MIDI-notes, so you place it behind your favourite synth plugin and thus give it a Moog filter.
Here is an example:

Nice! I dig the synth example. On the drums it sounds good too but in a very different way. I'm really curious to check this one out.
