Sonic Reality

I'm looking for this sound because I want to recreate some songs of this amazing progressive french band(you can hear this sound on "Au dela du délire" or "Emile Jacotey" LPs for instance). Ange couldn't buy a Mellotron so they create this sound with a Viscount organ passed throught a Hammond Reverb, but this sound smell like a Tron. So, I want to know if this sound can be found in a Sonic Reality product.
Or does someone know good samples or soundfonts of this ?
