I only know the album it came off (Ignite the Seven Cannons/Strange Idols Patterns as a double tape or some such gimcrackery), which i was compelled to buy. Not bad, but without Liz singing it was a fair bit different, really.donkey tugger wrote:Obviously it's a top song. But, What of the other stuff by felt?
Still got 'Painters' on vinyl somewhere, no idea where the tape is tho.

They also did an album -well, it's two albums on one CD really- of which I forget the title but has some guy's face on it. Has mostly instrumental tracks on it that are fantastic (or I thought so at the time at least, been a while) and would remind one of the gentle intro bits on Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation.whyterabbyt wrote:I only know the album it came off (Ignite the Seven Cannons/Strange Idols Patterns as a double tape or some such gimcrackery), which i was compelled to buy.
