problem wihtin the sample browser:

trying to load several samples into pads via the Pads-button (manual page67):

it is workin with the window PADS01-16, but no action in windows
PADS17-32 or PADS33-48.

Unfortunately this leads to no problem here, I did that about 30..40 times without any sign of a problem. Would you like to try a new built ? Then please mail me and I send you a link.

Great news:

- The crash problem on start has been solved by uninstalling RMV, installing directly 5.02 and doing a rescan in SONAR. Probably I had remnant of previous betas/rc1 doing some kind of conflict because I've been always installing new releases over themselves.

- The error loading the "thehump" kit was solved by uninstalling drum library 5.00 and installing the 5.02 one.

So, nothing else to report as of now

I can't alter the send effects' destination settings as the only option listed is "S01". This is the case for all three 5.0.2 versions (8-20, 32-0 and standard). Using Cubase VST5 and EnergyXT1.

New possible problems:

- Loop librarian search suddenly ceased working properly, it always returned all results (resetting the position to top, so the "search" button was actually doing something. I had a search based on "drumloops" type, speed >= 110, "Match all". I tried changing parameters but I always got the whole list.

- Is it ok that when I click the preview button on a loop the loop gets loaded in another loop pad?

Confimed, Its fixed in 503

mabian, make sure to have the search set to "match all" "match any" depending on what you want (and OR or an AND combination of the search criteria), with OR it can seem you get all

Hallo , sorry my english is no good...
I found a bug in 5.0.2 Windows PC ...
When I set up on drum sample END point (it is where sample ends) and normaly save project to some name... after if I load this project RMV cant load samples with END points witch I set up it before... all samples plays with full length and I must again set up END points...
I try it in Ableton 7 and Cubase 4 and its same...

I hope some one understand me .. sorry for my english...

I would like to downgrade to 5.0.1 or 5.0.0 but on your site is only 5.0.2 for download

Just to confirm my situation in version 5.0.2 too. I crashes Live, Cubase and Cantabile on a regular basis. I have GUI problems as well: when I open the GUI, often it is incomplete (after this I usually get a host crash).
Tried to reinstall, even to move the authorizarion to another Syncrosoft key: no success.
For me RMV is unfortunately completely unusable. I already contacted tech support @ LinPlug.

I have it same Windows XP... Live 7, Cubase 4...
this plug in is realy unusable...

RMV 5.02 here, problem in loop sections refresh at least:

Starting with all loop sections empty, I activate loop 1 section, click "L" to open loop librarian and click preview on various loops, then switch among loop 1 and loop 2 sections, I see that loop 2 section also shows waveform and/or slices and so on.
It's like loop1 and loop2 sections visual mix and mess together; I previously reported as "previewing loops loop 1 loads them in loop 2 section, but now I think it's "only" some kind of nasty problem.

Then a question: is there a way to change output of all slices of a loop without first grouping them?
