here is my first post to the music cafe. my "band" hasn't finished a new album since i joined K-v-R 6 years ago... not sure if there is any relation there.

the song features drums, bass, guitar, ukulele, and vocals. no plugins or effects other than a limiter on the master. it's some kind of experimentally stupid rock-influenced "free jazz" improvisation; don't listen unless you are interested in crappy music, or like to make fun of the same.

Insert Piz Here - Croton

edit: here are the lyrics, for reference.

croton, walking like a magnet
picking up 7/8ths of a donut
protons, flying like a sea monster
taking up 7/8ths of the universe

ping pong, the everlasting ding dong
sucking up 7/8ths of a croton

croton, sleeping like the dirt
eating 7/8ths of the donuts in the sea

Croton? Wasn't he the elusive 4th member of 'top geordie metel act' Venom?

I quite liked that. Reminded me a little of a weird uk band from a while back called Stump. Ah them were days...Right must be off, got to make an arse of meself on a stage in a pub.

Awesome, it's "The Primus Shaggs cover songs Tom Waits hasn't written yet"!!!
A most excellent track; production wise, performance wise, etc. I really enjoyed it.

excellent production-wise? interesting. i'll agree that the bass playing is pretty good (wasn't me), which, i imagine, is partially where the primus references come from...

this is great... i'm glad there are people who enjoy this stuff. i should post more songs here. i hope that doesn't mean i have to listen to everyone else's music (just kidding, i've already started).
