hi,i was thinking of updating to rmv ,but wondering is there a printed manual that comes with it,or is it pdf only?

The RMV is available exclusively directly from LinPlug. Its delivered as download (2.5 Gb, optional on a DVD).It comes with an extensive 150 pages English, French and Italian PDF-manual !

any plans for a printed manual?.as it is a torture going through pdf and workin on the program at the same time.for such a complex program a printed manual should be included.

How much extra would you be willing to pay for the manual and for (international) shipping?

Its not even only this question; the point is that almost all customers dont care, however, to get a half way decent price you need to order 1000 prints. With RM IV that worked, as we had boxed distribution (with simply a manual in each box), however, later on when we asked people if they want/need a manual we saw that

a) demand is decreasing and

b) only about every 5th customer really want one

Not to mention trouble with lost shipments, long delivery times etc etc, it was not much fun (for both customers and us) and so we decided to not do printed manuals anymore.
