i will look, i know i HAD them, but they were in the folder i lost with most of my music apps in it.
herve is cool as hell, try emailing him.
I've seen that, thanks.i upped bv 19 for ya
my pleasure, maybe you can up the ones i'm missing.
Thanks for RGB 2 as well. I think I have all his freebies now since I also got The Lizard 1 drom the archive bbcmodelb upped yesterday.i have also upped some of the krakli, i have ian's whole collection of freeware that i am supposed to up for him and host on my website (one of these days i will get to it) so i have your missing plugs..
I am not sure about that, I have two versions of bv24 which I am certain were free and the one I am looking for with the white UI I saw it on gersic which just list freebies so I think it is free as well.bv 24 i believe was payware, contact bill v at his website to get a copy,
i need to get a few of them myself, i lost them puppies..i had the whole schtick from bv 19 on.
I don't think I will find them unless someone's got them and post them here. I take it that you contacted him and he said they do exist but he hasn't got them himself anymore. Is this correct ?kaitop does not have those plugs, so good luck...if ya find them, please send him copies!!!
he said he doesn't have any of them missing ones, he said they were either buggy or didn't work so he deleted them long ago
All the rare xoxos have been provided I think, armin upped the rarest yesterday and the other ones that were looked for, you and I provided them before that.i also have the xoxo's i think, i dug a LOT of stuff outta my archive, the new one is over 50 gigs at this point....

I have today uploaded WSV2B1.ZIP to /incoming
This is version 2 beta 1 of "WaveSync", which .
Size: 395082 bytes
Platform: Win 3.11, Win95. Not tried NT.
Version: 2.0 Shareware. Only restriction is that you are
limited to 6 tracks. (Full version has 16.)
Suggested Directory: pub\ibmpc\win3\sound\wav - is where version 1 is,
although I expect to be uploading more versions in the future,
so I would suggest it might be worth making
pub\ibmpc\win3\sound\wav\wavesync\v2beta or something?
Whatever, could you please delete the earlier one which is
already there as i no longer support it and anyway it's naff? Thanks
Short: WAV file sequencer/mixer for windows.
Long: It has tracks like a multi-track tape recorder, and you put
wav file samples into them at time positions specified in bars and beats.
When you press the Play button, WaveSync mixes them (you can mix quality
formats, data rates etc. in the same format) and plays 'em at any data
rate, mono or stereo, 8 or 16 bit. If your machine is not fast enough
to mix lots of samples and play 'em in 44k 16 bit stereo in real time,
you can press Mix/Save instead, and WaveSync will produce (not in real
time) an output WAV file instead. It works sort of like cubase or
cakewalk, but uses wav file samples instead of midi, so it can be
used like a multi track tape recorder.

As for the kaitop ones i was wondering if you knew whether those two plugs were up for download at some point. I have screenies for them but this does not necessarily mean they were ever released even briefly.

I have uploaded to "/incoming" FTP directory the file
"transcribe.zip" version 1.11 - size 860KB
This is a new version of a program which you already have. Current
location is :
ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/ibmpc/win95/apps/music/transcribe.zip
Short: Shareware for Win95/NT to help transcribe music from sound files.
Longer Description:
The Transcribe application is an assistant for people who sometimes want
to work out a piece of music from a recording, in order to write it out,
or play it themselves, or both.
The usual technique for doing this is to copy the music to cassette and
then listen repeatedly to each bit, using your ear and your brain to
work out what is happening. Unless you have perfect pitch then you also
need a piano or a guitar handy to check out which note is which.
However, if you copy the recording to your computer's hard disk as a
sound file then you can use Transcribe instead of the cassette machine
and the piano. Transcribe offers many features aimed at making the
transcription job smoother and easier, including the ability to analyse
chords and show you what notes are present.
Shareware : 30 days free use, then 20 pounds / 30 dollars registration.
Target Platform : Windows 95/98/NT with a soundcard.

Grow Your Own Rhythms with BioDrummer!
.
BioDrummer lets anyone create complex, fantastic-sounding rhythms on an ordinary PC, even if they know nothing about music or percussion.
.
Most music software requires at least some musical knowledge, and you usually need to have an idea of what you want to create. But not BioDrummer! BioDrummer just adds random notes, and lets you decide whether or not you like each note. By keeping what you like and deleting what you don't like, you quickly "grow" a unique rhythm that is custom-tailored to your personal musical tastes.
.
And the rhythms sound fantastic! BioDrummer utilizes a technique called "software synthesis," which means that your CPU does all the work producing what you hear. As a result, BioDrummer sounds as good as drum machines that cost hundreds (even thousands) of dollars, using just an ordinary sound card.
.
And anyone can use it! For the musical novice and the seasoned professional alike, BioDrummer offers a thoroughly unique musical experience. Try it today! (To see what BioDrummer looks like full-size, click here.
.
.
Features
.
Incredibly Easy to Use: Choose a percussion instrument from a convenient list. Add randomly-placed notes one at a time. Keep the ones you like, delete the ones you don't like. In seconds, you've "grown" your own new rhythm. It's that simple and easy!
Requires No Knowledge of Music or Rhythm: All you need to know is what you like and what you don't like. That's it!
Unlimited Selection of Instruments: Most drum machines come with a small number of pre-set sounds, but BioDrummer has 62 built-in percussion instruments, including congas, kick drums, hi-hats, snares and many more. Plus, the ability to import WAV files (*.wav) as percussion instruments means you won't be stuck listening to the same sounds over and over again.
Infinite Variety: BioDrummer's unique and easy way of setting up a rhythm's basic structure gives you 18 different time signatures to choose from. Combined with the unlimited number of percussion instruments, you will never create the same rhythm twice.
Tiny File Size: BioDrummer's proprietary file format (*.bio) needs only a few thousand bytes to save your rhythms. It won't clutter your hard drive at all!
Compatibility: If you like, you can export your rhythm as a WAV file with the click of a button, and use it in other music programs or as background music for your web site.
Reverb: BioDrummer comes with three built-in reverb algorithms that add rich, 3-D echoes to your rhythms.
On-Line Help: BioDrummer features a complete on-line help system that will tell you everything you need to know about how to use BioDrummer.
.
.
Software Synthesis Specifications
.
32-bit Internal Mixing: Produces incredibly low levels of noise and distortion - you won't believe how good BioDrummer sounds (actually, BioDrummer's sound quality is limited by the quality of your speakers, which is why we recommend getting good speakers. Running your sound card's output through your stereo is an even better option.).
Unlimited Number of Instruments: There is no limit to the number of different percussion sounds you can have playing in a rhythm. Add as many as you like.
Unlimited Voices: You can add as many notes to a rhythm as you like. BioDrummer has no voice limitations at all.
62 pre-set percussion sounds.
3 built-in reverb algorithms.
Full stereo, CD-quality sound.
