Loading REX Loops

In the manual, it says I can load from the L in the Loop module, but I can only get them from pressing I. Is this a manual error or am I missing something? By presssing L, all I get is the factory loops.

"The (L)oad button is used to load Loops (in .REX format). The Load
button opens the Loop Librarian which enables Loops to be loaded
from either the RMV's internal Loop library or from any directory on
the user's computer. The Loop Librarian also enables Loops to be
saved, either to the RMV's internal Loop Library or to any directory
on the user's computer. See below for more information about the
Loop Librarian." Page 70
