What notes/scales does this arpegiator use?

Chords, scales, harmony, melody, etc.

I'm trying to figure out what notes are in this arpeggio...and then from what scale they are from.
It's hard for me to listen to something and tell the exact notes or relationships between the notes.

Sounds and looks like a case of a very simple arp sequence using just 2 notes.
The arp is setup as follows.

Number of steps in sequence=8 each of them vary in velocity. Step 5 creates a longer note by use of a tie.
the mode of the arp is set to down.
the clock is set to play 1/16th notes.

So your example which is playing the note C would play that note and
jump down an octave and then back up again etc.
The thing that breathes a little life into the sequence is the velocity jumping around and the use of the synth voice itself which isn't all that complicated.

There is no scale, that can't be established at this point.

Sounds like a G and a C in the octave above it.

I didn't hear that G at all.
I won't be able to listen to the example until I get home.

Actually I just noticed that the albino arp is set to an octave range of 1.
The example could well be using just 1 note with varying velocity and gating.
Perhaps the OP can let us know if he held down 1 or more notes when the sequence was recorded.?

I recorded it holding 1 note.

So the numbers represent the velocity of the note and the tie means that the note is held a bit longer?

Thanks for the help!
