Saxlab2 not working on Mac intel. Can't locate Sound Data Di

I just tried to install Saxlab2 on my mac intel running OS 10.4.11.
Neither Logic Express 8 or Live 6 can find the Sound Data Directory.
So, no sound plays and I am not prompted for a serial number.
I have tried contacting LinPlug several times with no response.
Does anyone know the problem or a solution?
