Kudos to esoundz customer service

Had some small problems ordering miroslav today on the esoundz website.
Without going into details, I'll simply say a quick call to Allen took care of it. He took my name on the phone and on his own accord, within minutes dug up my email in their database and emailed me options.
It was obvious things were very busy, but he was fast, friendly and most important thorough.
Miroslav is cheap now, and with the 2 for 1 deal I will get it and Sampletron for less than I imagined. Somehow, I DID manage to get fast, good and cheap.
