Downloaded Infinite Player as part of my esoundz Group Buy. The player says its in demo mode until I register it with NI Service Center. Service Center asks for a serial number which I didn't get in my download zip or from Sonic Reality or ezsoundz. How do I get a serial number in order to register the
player ??

Your serial number should be in your user area on esoundz.com - go to the "MyDownloads" section and look there.

I believe that eSoundz will sort this out and issue the Infinite Player Serial numbers.

You could raise a Support ticket at eSoundz or send an email to allen <at> eosundz <dot> com, on behalf of everyone selecting an Infinite Player - they will all need to be issued with one - I don't know what the process will be though.

Oops, didn't see DarkStar's edit/questions. I seriously don't remember when mine was in there - I think it was automated? But I don't remember things like that being automated right out of the box with esoundz (it was a new product, new way to push serials, etc) since I bought it first day it was out.

It's normally automated but not if you bought it in the group buy. So, if you did and don't have the serial number in your "My Downloads" section yet then you will by Monday. In the meantime it will work for 2 weeks in demo mode (full functioning) anyway. This wasn't intentional though. It was just something unforeseen that happened when we tried to do such a big custom group buy. We realized the auto serial system wasn't going to work. It has to be put in your user area manually. We did as many as we could TODAY but there are hundreds of people in this so we should be done with it by the end of the day Monday!

I know it would be nice if there was better communication about this too. All day was spent today (when everyone was supposed to have the day off) just fixing some errors and we didn't have time to send an email blast or put the news in the download area about it yet. But by the time we did that on Monday the code will just be there and we'll send out an email to everyone then.
