1. What's that tri2KtableSM.dat file needed for that gets created once the plugin got loaded?
2. Also why does the audio get crackles in it when tweaking the output volume for example?
-> output = 0dB
=> now tweak to 1dB and you hear a little crackle
-> continue tweaking (slow) in the range from 1db to 12db
=> all fine
-> tweak the output knob back to 0dB
->> as soon as you hit the 0dB mark => small crackle again? why?

3. You can tweak all the time parameters also by dragging the numerical time-readout display. Why can't we do the same on the numerical readout for the output volume?
