Rhino Problems and questions!!!!! Please Help!!!!

I bought the licence to the original Rhino several years ago, and then had both Rhino 1, and 2 installed of my pc.

Yes, I know I should be ashamed, but I have'nt used them since then.
I went to install them on my computer, after formatting it, to find that I had lost the original Rhino setup over time.
Dis heartend, I went to install Rhino2, which worked fine until I downloaded 2.04.
On installing, version 2.04, I opened my Cubase Studio 4, only for Rhino 2's GUI to constantly flicker and render's it un usable.
I have tried uni staling and re instaling but to no avail.
It seems to work fine in version 2.02 though.

So my questions are:
1) Is there anywhere in Big Ticks's site where I can retrieve version 1 of Rhino which will work with my key file?

2) Is there something I can do to resolve my 2.04 issue?

3) Is there anywhere I can download some free banks as I can seem to fine (free) one's anywhere.

yes I found the banks, they seem to work fine in v.2.02 but I still can't load in v2.04!

I am also curious if Rhino 1 is still available. Still have some old projects that were made with 1.09. Every time I open them I get an error. I switched VST directories, and Rhino 1 is the only one I can't get to work. I assume I need a clean install.

I'll have to do some archaelogy to find Rhino 1, but surely this is possible.
As for the flickering with 2.04 in Cubase, I have no clue. I don't have Cubase so I can't check. I can get you a 2.02 version, too, if this can help.

As for free banks, you can get some from my site, or from Daniel's.
