Hello!
I'm trying to control de 16 parameters (knobs) on my Sonik Synth 2, SampleMoog and Sampletron with my M-audio Radium 49 and can't seem to do it! I can control "attack" with fader number 5 and a couple of other things.
I have 8 faders and 8 knobs on my M-audio controller and would like to be able to control everything. In the instructions it says to click on MIDI CTL and then you can "easily" do everything but I CAN'T seem to do it.
Does anybody else have this problem?
I can control a billion different things in Reason with my controller but with my IK programs can't.
Somebody please help.
Thank you in advance,
Serge

Can you explain exactly what problems you are running into? You click [MIDI ctl] and then what?

Are you assigning MIDI CC numbers on your device that match the CC numbers in the MIDI CTL dialog from the sample plugins? I use this feature all of the time in SampleTank and Philharmonik, using CC automation in my sequencer, so it should work just as well from a hardware controller, if you are using the same CC numbers.

I'm not at home right now, but I am 99% sure that you can assign the CC# in the midi-ctrl dialog to correspond to the CC your controller is Xmitting.. If you click the MIDI-CTRL button , then click on the knob (of Samplemoog etc)you want to control, a dialog should open where you set this.
Be warned though that you have to set up and save this for EVERY SINGLE PRESET..there is no way to save a global setup, which renders it nearly useless except on a project by project basis.
Each SS\ST\SM instrument\preset should have a set of 5 or 6 default "most likely to be tweaked" parameters set by the creator of the preset. These I believe can be set to always respond to the same hardware knob, but Knob #1 may control something completely different for each instrument.
If this all turns out to be bullshit, please let me know and I will check when I get home.
