I'm thinking that Kontakt 3.5 won't be one of the "new" products. That's already been announced in the forum and apparently is still in beta?

What about the possibility of an updated prophet emulation? A Pro-54? It's the most outdated instrument in the collection and it hasn't been abandonned, so maybe it's time for that. People still love their analog emulations and pro-53 has fallen behind a little in terms of the quality out there (compared to sylenth1 or some of the newer arturia ones).

Alesis would be my guess as well. However, I think they'd be going the Ion/Micron route and not the Andromeda.

What are the chances of Gforce finally releasing the S.O.B. (their Oberheim SEM/OB8 synth)? There's a fair few hints on their website that it's still on the cards.
GForce wrote:Imagine the architecture of the OB-8 with the filters and mod routing of the Xpander and to round it all off, make the filters seamless as per the SEM. Finally, add some new waveforms and the result could be one serious sonofabitch.

Ah well, one can dream.

Another good guess.. and yet a third guess that they will do a drum machine/sampler VST to compliment their own line of drum kits as well as Akai's hardware... oh wait maybe Akai is the company releasing a VSTi???

Akai showed a VSTi version of their then current sampler at the 2004 show. It's hasn't been seen (or heard of) since...

I'll take it, if it has synthesis, and its like GURU.

speaking of which, GURU 2 would be nice.
