its odd, i'd really never hears of this guy, i assumed he was a kvr/fl bloke who was picking up some hate for some reason, never really got he full story...but as i was walking into HMV (music shop UK) last week i saw his album, a few days later i saw a local mag that reviewed his new album, and i was making coffee in the kitchen just now, and they played him on Radio 1...
bizzare....so i guess he is a proper artist then....well i never...

Deadmau5 (I assume that's who you mean) is huge. Highest selling artist ever on Beatport or something. I've really been getting into his stuff lately. His work rate appears to be phenomenal, he's always got new material and remixes out.
I'm currently loving his re-mix of Rachel Starr's Forever Together.
He used to post on here. He maybe he still does. Probably not as much now though because he's one busy boy at the moment!

Not often we get to see the word luthier around here. I take it Deadmau5 doesn't build stringed wooden musical instruments.cryophonik wrote:I always though he was luthier since every freakin' forum I go to nowadays has a gazillion topics by trance noobs titled something like "How do i make teh deadmau5 bass?"

I remember him from sectionz 'back in the day' (ahem) but can't really remember any of his stuff (it being some manner of house/techno/tarnce I believe and therefore not strictly within my remit) although it always seemed to be popular. Has he had any numbers in the hit parade then?

...a big boy without his proection shield is only a nude boy with his 2 inch little toy. This is what I've learned from the Deadmouse saga here on Kvr. More big boys deserve the same treatment. Who's next?
