As long as it isn't chambered, and they don't move forward with the big events to release even when they know they can't sell them or send them to those that preorder. I like me my Gibsons, but boy did they ever screw the pooch with the Dark Fire (non-)release! At least IK's delays are delays and they hold off on the fanfare when they have delays. Oops, sorry for the OT rant.

plug your favorite axe (guitar or otherwise, vox) into that new cpu box and apply plugin fx or synthesize the input with the onboard soft synth

Maybe a "StompIO Lite"? Cheaper, no interface, just control over AT-series products and maybe some other IK products?

Something I'd whip out the money for! I don't need the interface, though I suppose if I were to want to use it live it would be nice to have the option to get a little interface that fits in that mini box along with the mini-pc

Maybe it's an application like rayzoon's "jamstix" that you can hook up to (included) bio-mechanical arms via midi that'll play your e-drums for you... Foot sold separately for the kick

These arms/feet could also be configured to play any instrument ever!!!!
