You missed it by a day. Had you purchased XT the day before yesterday, then yes, you would recieve a free upgrade. Since you bought it yesterday, you have to pay 300 euros for version 2.5.

You could be right but there is alot riding on this with the Behringer deal and NAMM 09 showcase.

I'm beginning to get the impression this could be a significant release considering all the variables...could be great news.

I did a little testing for the new Live Mode feature since someone else was assigned to test the audio editor which now includes Melodyne's elasticity. It was a bit fiddley in rewire mode but I'm sure it's ironed out since the video editor now works well.
