is it possible to sync the pulse width of the tau pro with the current tempo of my track?
if not, could anybody tell me what 1 hz equals to in a time value?

Sorry, Tau Pro's LFOs don't sync to tempo. To get from a tempo in BPM to an LFO frequency in Hz, use this formula:-
LFO Hz=Tempo BPM*0166666666666666666666666666666667
(you can cut that down to 0.0167 if you get tired but it is less accurate). Remember, holding down shift whilst tweaking Tau Pro's controls will increase their accuracy.
FWIW, for delay times in milliseconds, the formula is
Delay Ms=60000/tempo BPM
