Indeed. I played at a show last saturday which was entirely dedicated to tapes and cassettes and whatnot. And yes, it was a very noisy affair. (and messy, too. As in "cover the floor in plastic wrap just in case" messy.)

I just saw this movie again a few weeks ago. Omg terrific one

and Btw I just listened to the first album of Kid Creole and the Coconuts

this afternoon, I just wonder who could make this kind of music nowadays .....
