November 15th :: Magnus releases MjMultibandCompressor

MjMultibandCompressor is a four band compressor. Magnus usually tries to make original algorithms, and this plugin is no exception. It has a fast and musical response to fast attacks while at the same time not sounding too intrusive!

Other features:
* Listen to individual bands
* User choosable crossover filters

Right now it doesn't have a GUI, but Andreas has volunteered to make one of those lovely ioplong style GUIs for it!

Tried on :fruity: and works fine, good good!! four bands, and clipping!

Cool - Going to try it out when it cools down a little here (Melbourne today is really quite hot!)

Very nice Multiband !!! I think this will become one of the most exicting plugin around.
I hope it will get somekind of metering

what an amazing vst, i have never heard a compressor this terrifying.

it absolutley mangles drumbeats beyond all recognition

the good thing about it is it can sound nice or nasty depending how you use it

Yes - really nice-sounding! If this gets decent metering and a beautiful GUI, I'd be really tempted to donate again...

Magnus you have done it again!

This thing is very sweet sounding and I am finding it can handle a stereo drum mix extremely well. So far I have only scratched the surface of what seems like quite a deep processor.

Great to hear people like it so much! There will be an OSX version but it will take some time, how long I can't say. If someone donated a mac hehe...
