im sure I heard saw someone making comments about logic 9 rumours on here earlier. I was at work then.
The reason I want to know, is im considering buying logic 8 now, but dont want to fall in that horrible trap of 9 coming out fairly sharpish ( 1 year)

The audio editing features are not that important to me, since I work 90% VSTi. I'd guess that Logic 9 will have those kind of additions when it comes out.

Rumor or not, Apple has chosen NOT to attend the NAMM and other shows any more, at least last that I heard. They are definitely not at NAMM in any form.

Hmmmm decisions decisions.
Buy now, or wait. I wonder just how much stuff they will chuck in with 9, as im really impressed with the 60 GB of samples you get with 8 (i dont know how good they are though )

logic 8 can be got for giveaway prices, I would not hold your breath on logic 9, I may be proven otherwise but I doubt we will see a version 9 this year.
