I have my contoller keyboard set with its transport play button assigned to play in the transpoert section of cantabile 2. It works ok until I insert midirouting and before I set source and target it doesn't play the midi file anymore from the keyboard but does when I press the play in cantabile. Is this a bug.

Not sure if I understand right but I think it's exactly what midi routing is meant to be... if you use it you have explicitely to route everything...

It's not a bug (sort of)billcar2004 wrote:I have my contoller keyboard set with its transport play button assigned to play in the transpoert section of cantabile 2. When you first create a MIDI routing, the default source is "All" which causes all incoming MIDI to be routed to "None", and thus preempts the MIDI assignment. Pretty stupid so...
I've updated the MIDI source selector to now support "None" and "All" and it defaults to "None".
This fix will be in the next build (2011).
