Just got an email from IK regarding pre-orders for Amplitube Fender. Preorders for existing customers get 50$ off until feb 28th, [edit].

It also says available through distributors as well, so I would like to know if this pre-order is availabe through esoundz? And at what price?

I don't know if I can wait for a group buy on this? The history of these GB's tell me I likely should wait, I would get better value, but at the same time, I have nearly all the IK plugs now, so 2 for 1 deals really don't have the appeal anymore, especially since the free plugs seem to be not for resale?

Any word on a demo of Fender yet?

I recall Squids stating there would not be a group buy for Fender. He can probably confirm this.

I'm personally going to wait and see if its ever part of a GB/B1G1 deal. I have yet to begin to scratch the surface of the sound shaping capabilities of AT2,ATJH,Metal & X-gear! Amazing stuff (unfortunate its so CPU hungry!)

No group buy on AT Fender. But, we will have it for pre-order on Monday and the price will be nice! Can't quote it in here.

Have to demo it first though so might miss out. (I'm assuming the per order will be "pre" demo )

Yeah, my finger was on the trigger after getting the IK preorder email but I think I can wait to see what we esoundz customers get to consider price-wise.

Actually, it is up. But now I am really torn, because preorders for Stealth Pedal are up too. 175.99$

Hm, I'll bite on a pre alpha deal like U-he offers, but with no trial at all... not even a beta? I'll wait. I don't like this kind of hype generation from IK and esounds always has decent prices anyway.
