I own Ogun, Toxic Bio and Poizone and wondered if there will be native 64bit versions of these plugins anytime soon?

I don't know the answer to your question, but what should be the benefit of a 64bit version for some small synths like that?

Using them in a 64bit host + the difference between 32bit and 64bit native vst's are pretty big in terms of performance

Here is what one developer had to say regarding 32bit vs 64bit:

However, since the speed gain of 64-bit is huge and many have 4gb of RAM, I expect this to change sooner rather than later. Our VST plugins gain immensely from 64-bit, about 30-50% or so on average, and Cakewalk has reported similar gains.

There are no plans for a 64bit version of those plugins in the near future. I have however forwarded this thread to Maxx, the developer of the plugins.
