No mention of dual mono on the press release nor is there any indication of that on the GUI. So this will follow the same behavior of real SSL bus compressors.

Now, that wouldn't stop you from doing some clever routing in your host to achieve dual mono compression for when it's needed.

I asked the same question earlier in the thread and never got answer unless I missed it. I remember reading somewhere that the Wave SSL Buss Compressor narrowed the stereo field. Don't know how true that is. But I can easily route up a dual mono if need be.

when Nebula gets its CORE II running properly analogue tape samples should be more possible? What more is there to capture with tape other than saturation and compression?

Well, since an accurate model takes 10 minutes to calculate 1 second of audio...

...well obviously it depends on what level of accuracy you want. But I still think it should be possible to do acceptable models in real-time... provided people did't mind it spending the whole CPU budget on a stereo track.

I wouldn't mind that. But I cannot speculate either if you can do an acceptable job scaling down in this case, not my field of expertise.
