@price: I'm confused. Existing customers can pre order through the end of the month for 179 usd. Is there not going to be a crossgrade price from the 229 price for existing customers?
Amplitube Fender pre-order question?

@demo: I won't do it either. I MUST see the cpu usage first.....AT2/JHE are down to about 4-5% at a 96buffer! Hell, I already know I'll love the sound but I don't want to go through what I did with the intelmac/svx thing where the cpu was just too abused

Anybody who significantly scratches the surface of all those tools is spending too much time fiddling with software, and not enough time playing the guitar.LGK_Dude wrote:I'm personally going to wait and see if its ever part of a GB/B1G1 deal. I have yet to begin to scratch the surface of the sound shaping capabilities of AT2,ATJH,Metal & X-gear! Amazing stuff (unfortunate its so CPU hungry!)

I hope I am wrong, but I don't think you can use epoints for aything but downloadable products on esoundz.scatcher wrote:Is there no download-only preorder? I was hoping to use my ePointz on this one.
Also, I'd like to authorize it the day of release instead of waiting for the shipped box.
Cheers

Here's how it works. The product does have membership discounts enabled so each person's discount is a little different depending on your esoundz status as member. The more you buy you go from member to silver to gold to platinum and your discounts increase as a thank you for your repeat business. Nice huh? Not many stores do that automatically like that but this is to simulate when you make a friend at a music store who hooks you up the more you go buy from him/her. Only this friend never leaves and never forgets!flynn wrote:Propably the old US/Europe handling implemented when the USD was ultra low.
But it isn't anymore. It seems its still a different pricing for US citizens / others![]()

The second thing is that for IK products and some vendors that require this, we have different pricing for outside of North and South America. It goes by IK's euro price list and then converts it to dollar with the current exchange rate of the day according to the source reference which I believe is Yahoo. It detects your IP and automatically displays that price if you are outside of NA or SA territory.
For a download version, this may be possible but you'd have to contakt allen (at) esoundz (dot) com to see if you could arrange it because we're not set up to do that regularly (although we've done it in GB's before but those were special occassions).

You can use your epointz on downloadable products that are delivered through your esoundz user area. But, IK apps aren't delivered in your user area and we can't apply epointz to IK apps. However, you can EARN epointz when you buy IK plug-ins from esoundz (by using our referral system) and you can use them on downloadable sounds including patches and samples for IK products.NTR wrote:I hope I am wrong, but I don't think you can use epoints for aything but downloadable products on esoundz.scatcher wrote:Is there no download-only preorder? First week of April. But we placed our order with IK early so we have some of the first allotment (not all dealers buy enough to anticipate the demand but we commit in advance to a certain number to accomodate people who want it as fast as possible). Should be sooner on Fender but Stealth Pedal I think will be at that time. Great combo!NTR wrote:Actually, it is up. But now I am really torn, because preorders for Stealth Pedal are up too. 175.99$flynn wrote:Will it be up today![]()

I thought the different pricing was something temporary IK required when the value of USD was sinking as a rock. Now it's up to "normal" again, isn't it? (We dont have EURO, so I dont know the actual EURO/USD rate.)Squids wrote:Here's how it works. The listprice already differs from IK (€169.99 / $229) which I guess reflects the current currency exchange quite close?
As it is now, €169.99 = $299 (making even my platinum member price higher than IK's Listprice in Euro)
I want to buy from esoundz
