I finally purchased Infinite Player, along with the bonus Deluxe Piano, as I really wanted the OmniSoundz II GM Set, with 128 beautiful instruments.

After ages downloading, my GM set only contains 6 GM Drum Kits  does anyone know what went wrong?

My download bundles are:

Deluxe Acoustic Piano for Infinite Player
Drum Masters: JB Stereo Sonr Drum Kit for the Infinite Player
Infinite Player Plug-in only

My Individual Products are:

Infinite Player Plug-in + Infinite Instruments
OmniSoundz II GM Set for Infinite Player

My Registration Keys are:

Zilch, nothing!

BTW - Both "Infinite Player Plug-in only" and "Infinite Player Plug-in + Infinite Instruments" are 136MB - are they supposed to be different?

So my questions are simply, how do I download the 128 Instruments, and how do I get the serial number to register Infinite Player?

PS - I did send a 'support ticket' via downloadablesounds.com website, have not heard back yet.

Update... I recieved an email stating that my reigistration codes have been added to my "user area" - I have now successfully registered Infinite Player :)

My 'OmniSoundz II GM Set' comes in two parts apparently, but only the first part shows up in my account....

Another support ticket and email sent, asking for 'Part Two' to be added to my account page

(Starting to doubt the good vibes I picked up about SR here at KVR).

Hang on in there John, the vibes are for real, service at ESoundz is top notch ... without question!
Good luck, hope you get sorted v soon.

Update-2 - Received a second reply, OmniSoundz II GM Set Part-2 has now been added to my User area.

128 GM instruments now accounted for.

OT - I also purchased the Acoustic Guitar set, and the samples have to be placed in the drives root directory, (ie D:\Samples\) for Infinite Player to find them. but thats another matter.

You don't place samples anywhere manually for IP, though. You assign it in Kontakt Player but installation consists of dragging the zip to the IP Library Installer. Are you doing it this way?

-No, dragging the files did not work (did not try the zip file though), so I followed the instructions that specified the directory locations. ie Sample dir contents go in D:\Infinite Player\Samples, Instrument dir contents go in D:\Infinite Player\Instruments\ etc.

Everything else works fine, but IP states that it expects to find the samples in D:\Samples\ - clicking on search did find them though. I simply copied the Samples directory (for the Guitar set only) to D:\ - not pretty, but it works.

OK - I deleted every installed sample set, then dragged the zip files onto the IP Installer....
Guess what, it all works as advertised - - Thanks Buscemi.

My only remaining wish, is that the GM set patches would load without changing the output levels to excessively low (random) values, and just all stay at say, -3db.

No problem. There's another thread here stating that if you move the libraries you must remember to also set it in the installer. That's good advice too.
