New user guide now available

I haven't properly proof read this yet, but here's a first draft of the new user guide in PDF format:

Forget that. I've started proof reading it myself and have made so many changes it would be pointless duplicating the effort.

It's already in there. Press F1 or the help icon on Cantabile's main window should bring it up (assuming you have a pdf viewer installed)
