Tim Conrardy Passed Away

I am saddened as well. I never corresponded with Tim, but have
always enjoyed reading his contributions to the forum. Not to
mention his excellent presets. Seemed like a great guy.
It makes me stop and reflect on the philosophy that we should
try to live life to the fullest. As you never know when it will
be taken away. My sincere condolences to Tim's family. He will
be missed.

im so sorry to hear it... but maybe he was continuing on the journey - hiking in the beauty of nature to the transition beyond nature... i remember reading his posts - a wonderful person. and he still is.

Tim's sounds and synthesisers were always inspirational. His stellar vision and sympathy always came through in his work, and I think that his loss will sadly make it even clearer what an important and involved part of our community he was.

I have extremely sad news - Tim passed away yesterday. I received an email this morning from his wife Diane, who told me that he was out hiking, passed out and did not recover. I will remember Tim for his generosity, patience and kindness. Many of you will have corresponded with him, listened to his music or have been inspired by the sounds that he created, many of which he generously gave away. On a personal level, I have fond memories of him showing me the stars in Death Valley.

I'm sure you will join with me in passing on your condolences to his wife and daughter.

He will be greatly missed.

rest in peace, tim, godspeed on your journey to valhalla, and thanks for all the love you showed the community and people of the world, man.

Wow, this is incredibly depressing news. My condolences to Tim's family and friends. I remember... seems like a lifetime ago... it was really Tim's presets that totally sold me on a little FM soft synth called eJ... Serisouly, it might sound kinda corny, but as far as presets go his were always the deepest and most inspiring to me, not sure why. And I always looked for the "TC" patches when demoing new stuff... like if it's good enough for Tim, then it's well worth a look...
