Very sad news....... :(

But his legacy will remain indeed. His presets are all over my HD. I bet that goes for anyone over here.

RIP Tim.

Post

That's sad news. I learned a lot from Tim about sound design from his help in the forums and from his great presets. He was a very giving fellow and always kept a positive attitude.
My condolences to his wife and family.

RIP Tim. You gave music to the stars.

been trying to find some old PM's Tim sent me, :(

Tim would sometimes send me a little note with his feedback on my tracks, especially if it was a demo track for a project we where both doing demos for,

always supportive & only constructive, it meant allot as he was one of the big boys in the game when it came to demo tracks, :)

i really wish i kept them now,

i would like his family & loved ones to know i only ever had respect for Tim & i will miss seeing him hear!

R.I.P Tim :|

Condolences to his wife, family and friends :(

Any time I saw presets on a synth that said "TC" I ALWAYS checked it out. Brilliant sound designer and though I did'nt know him personally he seemed like a very knowledgeable and generous person.Always willing to help. :)

Oh God, this is really horrible news. Tim was one of THE nicest guys I've met in all my years in this place. We spoke many times by phone and I helped him get started with his Astronomy hobby he enjoyed so much.

We've lost a very talented person, and a Class A Human Being.

Very depressed to hear this. Condolences to his family.

...he only had the chance to hear one of my songs done with his Atomic sequencer...I was so looking forward to sharing my next batch of songs because his synths are going to be all over them...

I'm finding it hard to accept his passing. Seems mortality is forcing itself more and more frequently into my life.

Tim was a gentle, generous and genuinely good person. Everything I ever saw him write was written with good intent. He cared about music and the people who made it, and always, always did his best to share his knowledge and enthusiasm.

What a wonderful man. I only wish I could have met him in person.

Godspeed my friend on whatever journey awaits us.

One of the oldest names here at KVR. My deepest condolences to his family and closest friends for having lost someone we surely all regard in the very least as most generous in spirit. Godspeed.

Very saddened by this news. Tim's work as a sound designer has always been an inspiration, and he's one of the most prolific and loved sound designers in our little corner of the musical world. It's hard not to go through my synths without hearing one of his beautiful presets. And I think many would agree with me that if we pulled up one of his ethereal and mesmerizing patches right now and played it with our hearts, we could feel Tim smiling back at us from up above in the cosmos--a place he obviously loved so much and tried to capture with his life's work as a sound designer.

Thank you for sharing your talent, rest in peace Tim.
My most sincere condolences to his family and friends.

That's very sad, shocking news. He is one of the sound designers I really looked up to - and he was a truly nice guy on the forums.

He will be missed.
