Even though it's not out yet I feel like I've been using the glue all day.

Oh, well, that's not an issue of concern. As I was.poonna wrote:I think, that basically means, you cannot recall settings when you load your project that has the trial version in it. And you probably cannot automate its parameters, since it doesn't publish any. Otherwise, it's full-functionality. That's how I interpret that.eduardo_b wrote:Parameters. As in actually being able to use the plug? Loading. Does this mean presets? Trying to decipher if the trial is an actual working demo or crippled in functionality.andy_cytomic wrote:I released a copy of the The Glue Trial to a friend coder that can also crack software and he managed to remove the noise from it fairly easily. So I have gone and changed things and unfortunately I have to remove all parameters and loading form the trial.

As long as the noise bursts aren't there. I want to test this thing at a decent timeframe, and noisebursts (after 2 minutes) and 30min demotime isn't helping. Either it means "into the trashbin" in this case, or other channels (which I'd rather not use).

Andy, how about releasing a version where people could simply buy it right away without even demoing it? I'm ready to shell out the money on pure faith alone. Don't care if it's beta or not.
Cheers!

I'm pretty sure Andy said he was going to release the full version as well. Both demo and full will be "beta".

I could be wrong, but I don't think Andy is going to have the website up for the beta release.

He looks more like a cone face to me
Why don't we call him "Yellow Squishy" or just "Squishy".
That could be appropriate because the first product is a compressor. Also, Yellow Squishy will get all the Simpson's fans interested since he's yellow skinned like the Simpson's and Apu get's some air time since he always was trying to sell his Cherry Squishy's and the like.
Perhaps there's even an endorsement in the works already? Does anyone know Matt Groenig, even Danny Elfman...that'd be a natural poster boy for the product...if he likes it, eh?

Well now. It wouldn't do to offend the old chap. I have it on good authority that his actual name is: Drum roll please . . . . . . .. . . . . .. ............... crashEuripidesMac wrote:Aloysius wrote:

Eurip
I was looking at him for about a half an hour and then it came to me as clear as mud . . . They call me "Mellow Yellow"

Wow that's lots of posts. Ok I've been flat out getting this thing together, it's bare bones, no installer, no docs, just the business, if you have a non ppc cpu you need sse2 minimum to run it.

Trial limitations:
* No host parameters, you have to edit via the plugin gui
* No loading of presets, but you can save them
* Quiet noise

If you want to buy it please send $99 usd via paypal to sales@cytomic.com, with your prefered username and email address in the message and I'll manually make the build for you and email you a personal download link. I will get all this automated in the end, but I would rather do it manually than keep people waiting till that happens
