There will be no changes to the products main functionality till 1.1, at that time I will consider extra features. No new feature I add will alter the sound of existing presets / songs.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote:I saw on the GS forums that you were considering adding a "link" knob. Have you thought more about that? I actually think it would be a worthwhile feature to add as long it occurred prior to the official release or didn't break compatbility post release.

No worries! I was happy to search but figured others may find it helpful not to have to.andy_cytomic wrote:Having said that I don't want to waste peoples time and I apologise for taking 10 minutes out of your schedule. I will put up a temporary web page and post the url here.

I've quite happily wasted plenty of my free time in the last few weeks watching this thread unfold!
Looking forward to getting the full build!

I really like the sound of this in dual-mono or 50/50 linked mode (you can do this yourself with the external sidechain in a modular host) so I hope Andy will add this option.
Cheers!

tested against a ssl board and was let down a little bit. It is a good software compressor but still does not round the sound the same way. Andy, I feel like a dual mono may help this as stereo seperation phyco acustically evens off transients to me... maybe i am just dynamic challeged though. I think this may be a next step for you. Thnaks for a decent priced good compressor though!

Hi There
I tried this very briefly last night, sounded good from my quick play. I thought I should report a compatibility issue:
Vista x64:
Cubase SX3: works perfectly from what I could tell
Cubase 5 64bit: plugin window opens but i am confronted with a white box rather than a gui. This also completely locks-up cubase.
Hope this is useful information anyway. If you need any further details let me know!
Cheers
Jake

Hi Andrew,
do you send out emails if there is a new version of the glue?
Or do we have to monitor this thread or the Beta page?
Thanx for a short answer!

All registered users receive an email. The web page is coming along and once that is done there will be a user account system in place with a newsletter / announcement option. Till then you can just check here, the current version is 1.0.7, and the 1.0.8 will be ready soon with some bug fixes:adl wrote:Hi Andrew,

Hello Eduardo, i have done a bit more musically funnily enough since i have not been online mate lol, but the reason was my main audio PC's system drive died. So i finally bought a second 'backup' machine for internet and general work so i can keep the audio machine off of the net! Plus have a lot of BS going on in my private life atm too - bah life lol im marching through maneduardo_b wrote:Thought you'd disappeared.
