The final product will have support for: 1-1, 2-1, 2-2, 4-2

So yes, mono in mono out and mono in + mono external side-chain in and mono out.

Yes it's still in beta. I prefer to keep the version numbers as ones that could be released while in beta since the word "Beta" is just a tag applied to a particular version. If, for example, the 1.0.8 is very solid and has few enough bugs to be deemed a stable release I will simply remove the beta tag and release it.

I was going to say I'd never seen this verson numbering before, but then I remembered energyXT, which was in "beta" at v. 1.4.

Now that is a sweet board! Not $60,000 sweet, but sweet none the less. I'll stick with my mostly in the box project studio for now. The glue will have to hold me for now (or at least once I get the dough to pick it up).

I wouldn't mind sitting behind a board like that for a session at least once in my life though.
