How to setup Midi Assignments for session file loading on external program changes? Is there a easier way to assign external program change numbers to sessions than assigning it one by one?

Yes, you can renumber automatically and get consecutive assigments in one step

Open the session list window

Click in the home ribbon on "# Programs"

Choose in the popup menu "reassign all"

Just to note and close this thread proper...

During some pm with Bono it turned out that the midi assigment to switch to any item there was the problem... that indeed needs only one assignment.

After Cantabile has "learned" the midi program change you have to select either "Session Lists - Load Session [delayed]" or "Session Lists - Load Session [instant]" in the "Assign To" popup. Any program change numbers will then select the corresponding session list line assigned to this number.

Well, I just note this here because when I first tried this I had exactly the same "problem"...

I've thought about something like a FAQ or collection of "how to" things or similar for Cantabile. Is it possible to create a subfolder for such things here in KVR? I think it would be helpful if users could share there "little tricks" or basic solutions...
