i'm trying to work out ...in the last chorus (not including the final key change bit) starting at 1:50 there seems to be a slightly different chord change lead in, i can't quite figure it out...it might just be the bass line confusing me, not really sure...the tab i'm using is kind of mixed up, but i got everything close enough except the part in question...can anyone of you muso experts tell me the progression? thanks in advance...

I think if I wore flowers in my hair on the way to SF I'd probably get beaten on the BART ride in.
