Zebra was a sleeperhit for me. I've demoed it a couple of times, and it didn't really click... And then it did.

Nope. There's an instance of Runciter on the bass during the last thrid of the song. In addition, I routed everything through an external compressor for the pumping. So, uhm, yes, you could say, 95% Zebra2, including all drum sounds (from Michael Kastrup's Oldskool bank)

Yep, I'm pretty sure... That and one or two of his drum loops... (if you really want to be sure, I'll check the song file tomorrow...)

I think all other sounds are, uhm, mine... oh... wait... there's one of those complex sounds by Miroslav H (which I have yet to upload ) in the beginning. The heavily distorted sound and the "sound that sucks" were made for the song. I'll eventually post all of these sounds...

We've btw. demoed this song over and over during Musikmesse, playing it live out of Logic on an laptop. That was fun

Hi Urs, im just wondering if it's possible to route the different oscillators independantly within Zebra? So i could route osc 1 to say the arp/osc 2 to be dry and so on or to all oscs route to the same fx ie all go to same filter/arp/dly/reverb etc?

Zebra was a sleeperhit for me. I've demoed it a couple of times, and it didn't really click... And then it did. I listen to a couple of demo tracks of the payware patchsets, and Howard's demo convinced me. Both Helix and Zebra are amoung my favorit nonsample synths.

This is what happened to me too. Couldn't figure out what the big deal was......tried it about four times.... and it was MK's demos and a 'sign' that made me buy it. I LOVE IT.....
