Great combination of drum and bass. Especially when in some places bass sounds longer(like popping up).

I can confirm is it the asio4all driver. I updated my version from version 2.0 to version 2.9 (the lastest) and everything is working fine.Ankherias wrote:I use C5 and asio4all and I didn't get any silence at play.andy_cytomic wrote:Can all Cubase 5 users having trouble with the Glue please test this project and double check you also get silence when you press play?

Thanks for the offer, but you don't need to, it was definitely just the old Asio4All driver playing up with Cubase 5. The new Asio4All 2.9 driver works just fine.Morris wrote:I can test it tonight if it's still needed.andy_cytomic wrote:I can confirm is it the asio4all driver. andy,
remember we've been talking on the fair and you asked me for my favourite analog compressors and i told you about the valley people compressor, but i couldn't remember the name? i called my friend where i used to work for him in his studio, and he still has it:
it's the "valley people compressor 440", according to him it's the follow up of the dynamite compressor (i'm not sure though, as the dynamite looks newer, so that could be bull)
thought you would like to know it ...
i just loved that compressor on drums and vocals ... has a very loveley coloured, creamy sound (not to confuse with audible distortion), really it's own signature sound, but it always did fit into the mix no matter how hard i tweaked it ... thought i'd mention it ...
sorry for the hijacking, back to topic ...

@brok: thanks for the heads up, I just did a quick search on the net a came up blank, but I'll look into it further and order a schematic to have a more detailed look.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the update to V1.011. You do not hear de keysignal in sidechain mode
. I did some short tests and at the moment The Glue did not crash on exit of Cubase 5.
Thank you Andrew!!!!

Hi Andy,
I have a techno track going with Fabfilter Pro C on drums, and though I was reasonably happy I thought I'd give The Glue v1.10 a go. My reaction was "excellent". Next, I flicked back to the Pro C. Then I decided to log into Paypal and send you $99.
I look forward to receiving my copy!
Cheers,
Andy (also)
