Preset Morphing

It would be nice if there was a slider to morph between presets (I thought it did that at first but it doesn't)

* In the plugin editor, Edit menu -> Morph Tools to show a second toolbar with the morph tools.
* Select the preset to morph from in the normal preset selector
* In the "To Program" drop down select the preset to morph to
* Drag the first slider in the second toolbar to morph.
* You can also click animate to gradually morph while you play.
Similar for randomize presets, more details in the help.

Ah I didn't twig that when I click the morph/randomise tools button it toggles between 2 distinct sets of tools - I thought it was all one thing.
