Where are the IP instruction vids?

I could have sworn that I saw something about Squids posting instruction vids about the IP Drum Masters series, and that some new features were being added.
Have these come out yet? Has anyone seen them? I checked around on the Esoundz site but couldn't find anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

When we do have them they will also be linked to from the SR support page which has been revamped and will continue to be updated: www.sonicreality.com/supportBERFAB wrote:I could have sworn that I saw something about Squids posting instruction vids about the IP Drum Masters series, and that some new features were being added.

There is a free update of "Performance Groove Patches" that will be available next week and also a patch update to a few things that have been tweaked. Actually all of the on line data has been updated so anyone buying it now will have the latest patches.
Another free update is in the works that will GREATLY expand features... kind of like a deluxe patch with more controls to add to what you have. It will have some great features I can't talk about yet but all will be revealed with the Drum Masters Ken Scott Collection is released. That will be the first title that will have the new scripts/controls and then the current Drum Masters will be updated to have many of them as well. So, we're looking at some time this Summer for those features which include Round Robin GM (and more), deeper discrete mixing internally as well as external, EZ e-Drum maps and some other useful features.

OK, so I didn't miss anything. There's no CURRENT vids that I should be watching, right?
Cool.
"you going straight home?"
Another Mickey Rourke film, but that wasn't said by Mr. Rourke.
cheers

You mean Diner right? I love that film. When I met Mickey I said I loved it and he was great. But he doesn't like the film unfortunately. He did like Barfly though. Barfab!
There are some videos, first attempts on youtube for Infinite Player as well as some NAMM vids but... the REAL thorough demonstration is not ready yet. I may just do screen capture type with voice over for most of it. We'll try to get it all done this coming week. If there's anything anyone is curious to have explained feel free to let me know and we'll try to work it in there!

"Diner" was great at the time, but really has gotten better with age. Quite an ensemble cast. Virtually every actor in the film was an unknown at the time it was made, and all are now very well known.
You gonna finish that sandwich?
I'll check out what's up on YouTube for IP. I do have a few questions, mostly having to do with routing. I'll let you know. Thanks.
Cheers

Is there some sort of a definitive IP instruction manual floating around or are we still waiting for the new Kontakt Player/IP version to be released? I have still never seen a manual which goes beyond the most very basic stuff.
This morning I was trying to find out if it was possible to apply keyboard mapping to my IP kits. I don't want to change the location of the MIDI notes for a preset, I just want to shift the whole kit up my keyboard a couple of octaves in order to get the kits closer to my usual sitting position.
In BFD2 you can create keyboard maps and simply apply them to any loaded kit. Can we do the same in IP?
Thanks in advance.

In Drum Masters and Infinite Player you can transpose it easily. There's a tab on the left near where the name of the patch is that you click on and it gives you those options. Just click around there to find this pop up or read the Kontakt Player part of the manual. The latest manuals can be found here: www.sonicreality.com/support.php
We are establishing a really cool new way of doing videos where we have tutorials and also a video manual on some products. The video manual will go through various chapters and just explain it with screen capture so you can get a visual on it. The tutorials will show tips and tricks or even just show someone making a song with the product. We'll also have some bonus extras like behind the scenes of the Drum Masters sessions as well as some interviews with the artists... we're working on this stuff! But, we're probably going to wait to do the video manual for Drum Masters when we have the next update which is a big one. The update will allow you to change the mapping to anything you want pretty easily. Pretty cool. It also has some other interesting features.
