Thank god all that crap is missing. I don't want FX, arp and sequencer in a softsynth; those belong to the realm of the host to me and for sample import I use a sampler (an audio-in option would make more sense to me)

A waboosal jigawammy squiggle booster can be nice but only as an extra option.

I was just thinking the same thing - a cross-platform counterpart to synth1, if it got the same level of interest.

Although I find the idea of this boring and am covered for basic VA more than adequately by Oatmeal and Xhip, TAL's output has been of such a high quality I'm actually keen to try it out. I never thought I'd use plugins like Bassline and Uno-62 so much, either.

Got a nice electro bass patch in 10 mins...very nice..some clicks but works ok up to now
