I like Reaper and Cool Edit Pro 2.1

I chose Reason (though, is it a host?) since it is the closest thing to Bidule (my actual favorite right now, though AudioMulch, Renoise and Usine are close contenders)

I can produce under linux, the workflow is awesome for my needs and it cost not the hell ;o)

I voted Reason, but I use Reaper as a DAW, so in effect I was voting for the closest entry (phonetically and gramatically) to Reaper. I do own both, but I don't think of Reason as a DAW "host".
