[EDIT: Gist of this was, had a problem and for some reason a couple of my emails to 2CAudio got missed. Yep, got a bit fed up with that but it's now sorted cos it got seen here and dealt with quickly. Wanted to edit original post because Aether is a nice reverb and I'm now happy

hum... lack of customer support is a bit far from reality I must say, and I think most people would definitely agree...
Can a mistake happen, or an email get lost somehow? Sure. In fact, the info you request was already sent to all 0.9 customers 3 times. So it seems our emails are not reaching you for some reason. I am looking into this immediately and you should have the info within a few minutes if I can find your email.
To be safe, please send another email to info [ a t ] 2caudio.com so I know who I am looking for.
We will get you updated immediately and apologize for any confusion regardless of however it happened.

Unfortunately until I raised this it was "my reality" -- and the problem is that if you're the unlucky bugger who doesn't get the support then for you it's 100% of a problem -- regardless of most other people's experience.Galbanum wrote:hum... lack of customer support is a bit far from reality I must say, and I think most people would definitely agree...
However...
Thank you for looking into it Andrew and yes, everything has been sorted!Galbanum wrote:I am looking into this immediately and you should have the info within a few minutes if I can find your email.
Customer Support wins through!
Thanks again.

You don't need to wish... this isn't the correct number. It IS less than 27 needed now.taijiguy wrote:I wish: http://www.2caudio.com/promo/kvrgroupbuy/funkychickendance wrote:More like 27 according to 'the other thread'
The GB main page needs to be manually updated, so it leaves us some guess work in between.

Yeah, it's very deceiving... I was hoping there'd be another update on the page already. I keep thinking it might be a deterrent for potential signees as we're approaching the home stretch of the Group Buy.taijiguy wrote:Phew!! Still, we have to be closing in on that magic 200.

Ah, group buy is now overtime!
Thanks for this. I'll have some more time to try it out and the price is now max $124.95. Not bad at all!

Hi folks,
I just want to chime in as one of the early buyers, and still loving it. For some purposes Aether is the best that I have and I have a lot of reverbs and IRs.
Why am I happy about the group buy? Because now the user base will be broader which will hopefully be a good fundament for the further existence and evolution of the product.

Aether seems to be excellent at placing an instrument further back in the mix.
I tried this many times before with Reaktor's Space Master but this is much better. I used the preset Guitar chamber on my guitar and tweaked it a bit and now it sits really well in the mix. It's like it has it's own real room behind my monitors. Great.

Heya!
Great achievements! Congratulations, folks!
I've already purchased the plugin, but I made a platform mistake. I ordered the windows version, but I actually use OSX. How can I download and authorize the OSX version? Is it enough to send an email to shop@galbanum.com and tell them my problem?
The very best to everyone
Rodrigo.
