Aaron,

Thanks for tracking down and fixing the clicking probelm so quickly.

How a company acts/reacts to problems (they will happen) goes a long way with who I do business with these days.

Now if TC Elect*onic only got the message...

A $10 library fixed in less than a day!? Inexcusable! And from what I've read here there isn't going to be a group buy on torches and pitchforks! :x

Check my what? :scared:

Seriously, though, nice work. Thanks for the quick update. :)
Surely there must be consensus by now...

I still have to identify the location of the folder for Picked Bass on loading. I can resave it again no problem, but I shouldn't have to. I expected every complaint to be looked at, listened to, and rectified before '72 Jazz Bass was re-released as a download! Quickness is one thing, but cutting corners is quite a different matter.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

The point is that with the clicking problem, it is not useable and you need to take care of that ASAP (which they did).

The problem you are describing has a work-around (although inconvenient) and can be fixed and checked at a different pace before they re-release it.

Post

There is no mention of another re-release and I am quite aware of the work-around (as I stated).

If I buy this for $10, will I get all future fixed updates free?

Why no mention of the $10 Strat. Is that price indefinite for Strat?

Which samplers/devices are these libraries compatible with?

Hi

I've downloaded the new version, and I'm still trying to get a sound out of Kontakt 3.0.2 on MacIntel OS10.5.6, standalone (works fine in Logic 8.0.2)

Midi is received, but there's no audio out.
The samples can be heard when opened in Kontakt's sample editor.
But playing either with the mouse or with a Midi controller: no sound
All slots except Main Page and CC Volume, CC tone are missing on the interface

And the two warnings:

SCRIPT WARNING:array index out of bounds (using default value 0)! Line: 1133, Program: 0
SCRIPT WARNING:array index out of bounds (using default value 0)! Line: 1568, Program: 0

I'm still waiting to hear back from the scripting auther
Regarding the scripting errors and blank main menu.
So far it seems to be just affecting a few people using Logic
(it's hard to distinguish user names from real names, so I'm not sure how many)
Hopefully, I hear back from him soon, he's usually fast on fixing stuff.

Aaron, now I already know about the other upcoming $10 Friday specials you're doing from one of the other forums you've posted on, but why not mention them here too? Do you have any demos of the other libraries? I would especially be interested in hearing a demo of the acoustic guitar library.
