Hey guys,
Is it possible to "lock in place" the individual kit pieces in the Infinite Player's Kontakt Player2 GUI. Seems when I go to turn a knob via the mouse the Player thinks I want to move say the kick to somewhere else lower or higher in the display. It shrinks the instrument to a tiny box and closes up the space where that kit piece used to be. Forcing me to very carefully re-insert it back in the virtual rack at the right location. This is happening all the time no matter how careful I am adjusting the individual parameter I'm trying to get at. Please tell me there's a way to "lock" the position of the kit piece in place so this won't happen. Thanks.
Locking Kit pieces in place in Infinite Player?

I don't fully understand, so can you give a step-by-step example? With screenshots?
I have not seen that here.

OK. I'll try to be more detailed. In the Kontakt Player2 the left side of the GUI contains all the different software packages you have that run in KP2. You select whatever instrument or multi from your selected package and drag it over into the right side of KP2's GUI where it loads and appears as a virtual "rack module". My newest package that runs in KP2 is Sonic Reality's Drum Masters which uses the Infinite Player. So, I select a multi drum kit, say Jerry Marrotta's Yamaha Stick kit, and drag it into the right side of KP2. It loads and appears as several different "rack pieces" i.e. Kick, Snare, Tom1, etc... If I want to change, say the pan or volume controls, which appear on each module as knobs, I mouse over them, click and "turn the knobs". If I am not exactly over the center of the knob however and pull the mouse down to turn the knob, the individual kit piece gui thinks I want to drag that piece either higher or lower in the rack (i.e. it thinks I want to re-order the kit pieces visually). It shrinks that individual gui down to a tiny visual and closes up the space where that piece was in the rack and free floats the tiny visual so I can move it where I want it. Trouble is I don't ever want to move it anywhere. But it happens at least 50% of the time when I'm simply trying to adjust a control knob. It is very frustrating. This does not seem to happen with any of my other KP2 package's instruments or multis (I've got VIone, GPO, JABB, ArtVista Grand, Basis). I was hoping there was a way to "lock" the indiviual kit pieces in place in KP2's virtual rack. Hope there's a solution.

Ah ha, I understand now and see what you mean
Sorry, I don't know of any function to lock the instruments in the rack.
Here, if the mouse is anwhere over the rotary knob I can drag the knob value up or down. If it's over the ring that indicates the value then I get the action you describe. If I am not exactly over the center of the knob however and pull the mouse down to turn the knob, the individual kit piece gui thinks I want to drag that piece either higher or lower in the rack
