A Few Ideas

Hi, i have a few suggestions
When recording audio it would be useful to have the option to set the default mode. As im usually recording the output on this computer i always need to set it to output each time i load the app and want to record. So maybe in the options you could have to option to set the default to input, output or both. Also another way would be to use last used user settings on next load.
With the media files and .wav samples it would be great if we could use the keyboard to trigger them with the notes.
It would be useful to have a clear held notes option. By that i mean when you right click and it highlights the keys to clear those. The all notes off button doesn't clear the highlighted notes.
Thanks

I've noticed that too...Atomsplitter wrote:It would be useful to have a clear held notes option. By that i mean when you right click and it highlights the keys to clear those. The all notes off button doesn't clear the highlighted notes.
But you can press <ctrl> + "a" on the PC keyboard to clear all held notes on the virtual screen keyboard...

If you set the action -- in my case, to record audio output and input simultaneously -- before saving, that same session will re-open in that same record mode each time.Atomsplitter wrote:Hi, i have a few suggestions

You do have to remember to save your session in that state the first time.

Thanks for the tip, i just fixed this by saving a session to the main folder and loading it on startup. If you set the action -- in my case, to record audio output and input simultaneously -- before saving, that same session will re-open in that same record mode each time.

Oh, good! I got the tip from Brad Robinson, and it led to a solution the same as yours. (I am sure you know by now you can specify a default start-up session and have it load automatically.)Atomsplitter wrote:Thanks for the tip, i just fixed this by saving a session to the main folder and loading it on startup.
I usually make my new instrument session using an old one as the basis and template. The preferred Record settings just carry through automatically, inherited by the new session.
