Slowly but surely putting mine together.

There's a couple of days left to vote on the other OSC ... the Oatmeal challenge.

So if you're looking for inspiration, theres some great stuff well worth a listen. http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=250621

(Hope you dont mind me spamming this thread, I've done both ways though ... i.e. flagged up this comp in the Oatmeal thread .... also gives this thread another wee bump :) )

This is the result of me playing with the TAL-Elek7ro.
Due to the nature of this track, you should better listen to it using speakers/headphones that reproduce well the low frequencies... (even better, in a dark & silent room... ;))

Philip Neri - Op. 2 No. 1

http://cid-87e3b1c60638d1e8.skydrive.li ... 7C_TAL.mp3

Hello, everyone. I'm new to KVR and soft-synths in general. This is my first song. I used 10 instances of the TAL Elec7ro, no effects other than a little EQing. I used presets for all the sounds except for the kick drum. It's a fairly happy song, and so it's got a totally different feel from all the other submissions.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi everyone - it's my first time using this forum thing so apologies if I screw it up somehow. Anyway, here's my entry. There's a seriously dodgy middle 8 type thing in it but I had fun writing it. It's been an interesting little exercise this - a valuable lesson in how having lots of different plugins can sometimes be more of a hinderance than an advantage.

The tune was written with around 10-12 instances of Elec7ro in Cubase Studio 4 with no other plugins or effects used. Didn't even bother using EQ although there's a bit of automation of the Elec7ro's on board FX (...resonance, release, attack etc). Hope you like it ... :D

Hi All,

Here's my entry. Was written with about 10-12 instances of Elec7ro, no other plugins or FX - just some automation of Elec7ro's on board FX (...resonance, modulation, release etc). Very fun exercise. Hope you like it.
