It sometimes seems that people love to complain, especially on KVR :hihi: , so thought I'd switch it up by recounting my Esoundz story du jour. I joined the Drum Masters group buy, but for some reason it wasn't showing up in my downloads page. I emailed allen about 5:00, figuring I'd hear back in the next day or so (which is "good" for most M.I. companies!), but instead, he had it taken care of by 5:10! Gotta love it :D Thanks Allen, thanks Dave, thanks Sonic Reality for setting a great example of what customer support is all about! John

Dave, Allen, and Ryan are three that have been outstanding to me in the recent past and a couple other in the long haul (but I'm old and forget names easily hehe). Ryan even found me on a social networking site, messaged me and asked if I had been fully helped through an issue that he wasn't even technically involved in. Good stuff.

I always get great support from Allen and just recently Ryan has gone much further than any other tech supports would.

Thanks guys. We appreciate the recognition. Mike is also a real help in addition to Allen and Ryan. Good guys. They really care and don't stop until every customer is happy. We even do things no other company does all with the same philosophy of the customer is always right. We do this only because you support us. We don't forget that no matter how successful we may get over the years. That's also why I am here as much as I can even though as the owner I work the most. It may not always be possible but at least it has been for the past 7 years!!!! Not a bad proof of dedication huh? It's because I care very much what you all have to say.
