wtf!!! These are GREAT

Well done to the dev. I have had a smile on my face auditioning every one. :hihi:

There has to be a donation setup for him. I can't thank him highly enough.

oddity is not correct ..
Oscillator 2 can not be modulated by the s/h mixer ( for fm effect )
It can only be modulated by the lfo and the s/h ( which is the s/h mixer +lfo )
Too bad.
INstead of the s/h as modulation source ,the developer choose the square lfo ..
Unless he didn' t really know what he s/h mixer was or wha§ it does :D

What do you mean Oddity? There's a Synth in there called ODsay that's an Arp Odyssey emulation. Is that what you mean?

Just found something interesting in Tapeotronic. Open up the top, and you can see the tapes turning. The Bias knob is a nice addition here. Now move the mouse over the tape motor and click-drag to hinder its movement. Nifty! :tu:

That is pretty darn impressive. I can't think of any other basic 'analog' synth plugs that sound as good.

Hehe, cool trick. Didn't see the "Open" text earlier. Been playing around with them for a while now. This is a real nice set of synths.

Yup pretty nice, but they don't seem to be VSTi... they operate as Standalones. During the install I put them in my VST folder, but they are not available to my Host... Wierd huh? :?

They all showed up in the start menu and work fine as standalone applications.

There should be both plugin and standalone available. A .dll and a .exe(created with Saviihost, I presume). They are there for me.

My host is better than your host

Yeah my bad
I meant odsay ( odyssey emu ) the 's/h mixer module' is not available in the osc 2 mod section.
And before you ask ..I don't mean the S/H but the S/H mixer ( which is just a mixing module of osc1 and osc 2 That way you can modulate osc2 freq by osc 1 freq ( f.M.)
Like I said he replaced it with the the square lfo waveform ...take a close loo at the real oddysey or oddity for that mater

cheers

Working just fine here in Sonar - infact ive already laid down some initial tracks with the Solina emulation.

Wow, great stuff!
Especially, I have already (like 15' of playing around) fell in love with the Tapeotronic one...

Here is a clip of the tapeotronic: http://cid-fcd4cf6ff390ecb8.skydrive.li ... tronic.mp3

(btw it makes use of the ZombyWoof's find.. :hihi:
-the bias knob; in fact, the tape motor thing can also be controlled by the pitchwheel of your keyboard ;))

I like ribbon controller emulation on ODSAY , i didnt saw this in many synths where you can control it with mouse.
Those are buttons probably but with mouse works partially like ribbon on my JP-8k

Are the DLLs in your VSTPlugins folder?

MY BAD ! I installed on one of my other machines and the Host I tried wasn't pointing to the VST folder. I feel like such a dolt.

All is well, nice Synths. Now off to put them on my studio computer... where I should have installed them to begin with. :dog:
